Now that I know why you go by Iron Mike for real, that psycho Lucille is over at "What saved DiNapoli" and she's frightening my delicate little shy self.
Could you go over there and tune her up for me? Figuratively speaking, of course.
I got your back on Caroljrld. ; )

Farley, one of the biggest, oldest, most entrenched sticks-in-the mud in the entire State Senate, is proof positive of the total hypocrisy of the Tea crowd. "Vote them Out", "Down With Incumbents": unless they're Republicans, of course....when you rig the system, you always have a vested interest in perpetuating it.

Yawn...Nick from Nisky...the haters must be crying in their beer that Tedisco and Farley won.

At any rate this is a good idea and it's telling how dysfunctional the legislature is that similar legislation sponsored by a Republican and a Democrat cannot move forward even though a majority of legislators signed pledges to pass said legislation.

I think a better bill for Jimmy to carry would be a term limit bill. Can even name it Jimmy-Hugh Law, as he loves to name his garbage bills.

He's another that can't stand to be out of the spotlight. And like most in that situation, the only spotlight they get to stand in is the ones they create themselves.

All this nonsense and concern about the redistricting is much to do about nothing.
No matter who controls the process or no matter what process is used, there wont be much gained or lost by one side or the other. Eventually, after an election or two, the numbers will settle out to what they have been in NYS traditionally [ebb/flow] and the same useless shannigans will play out at the capital.
