Joint Budget Hearings Underway
Several local government officials testified Monday morning before the joint legislative hearing investigating how the executive budget proposal would impact local governments.
Peter Baynes is the Executive Director of the New York Conference of Mayors and Jeffrey Habor is the Executive Director of the Association of Towns.
