Is this thing working right yet? Either Liz blew a fuse and banned little Buster yesterday OR all of Buster’s posts are inadvertantly getting sucked into the spam filter (which is on high alert). You decide. Not that I’m objecting to nuking the spammer who keeps posting a single tiny URL.

E-message to Judge Perry, State prosecutors and Casey Anthony defense lead lawyer Jose Baez:
 
I viewed some of the live feed on Cindy Anthony’s testimony yesterday.
It was difficult to watch this without emotion. Both Cindy A. and CA had meltdowns.
 
May I humbly suggest that you all meet in chambers, and iron out a plea deal.
 
The State wants to put A to death. This is a ridiculous power play; a miscarriage of justice.
The State’s alternative is life w/o parole. Again,  a ridiculous miscarriage of justice.
 
The defense argues that Caylee accidently drowned in the family swimming pool; and CA’s subsequent actions were stupid, immature and an escape from reality.
 
The State argues that CA, evil personified, plotted and planned a premeditated  murder of her daughter.
 
Cindy testified  to CA’s spinning, running and delaying facing the reality of the death after June 16th,2008. This spinning, running, and flight is not consistent with a premeditiated murder. A murder plan would have an exit strategy. But the behavior is consistent with an immature coverup  of a tragic accident.
 
The State has engaged in a highly emotional operation, forcing Cindy and CA to look at photos of Caylee,  her bed and outdoor playhouse.
 
The State has questioned CA’s 20-something peer group. Not one of these witnesses knows how or when Caylee  died. But what this group does reveal is that the 20ies are the new 12s. And for that we should charge the entertainment corporations with a capital offense: the plot to keep all of us at the 12-year old level.
 
Judge Perry, may I humbly request you put aside your judicial robes, call the two parties into your chamber, and attempt to arrange a plea bargain.
 
This could, perhaps, include a plea of involuntary manslaughter, child neglect/abuse. Perhaps a sentence of 10 years, with time already served (3 years); and with possibility of parole after 4 years.
 
CA should also be sentenced to a non-prison good, reputable rehab. center; a center that can begin the healing and redemption process.
 
What is the alternative?
Death for CA?
Life w/o parole?
The continued destruction of many people involved in this tragedy?
 
Let’s have the healing, forgiveness, and redemption process begin.
