Bill Samuels on LATFOR
With the legislature continuing their normal process of redrawing district lines instead of handing it over to an independent commission, New Roosevelt Initiative Bill Samuels wants the governor to get more involved. Samuels says Cuomo should present his own plan for redistricting.
