This just in from Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s spokesman Josh Vlasto:

“At first glance, these lines are simply unacceptable and would be vetoed by the Governor. We need a better process and product.”

Cuomo earlier said he wanted to see how the process would play out, but said his position hasn’t changed.
