Gov. Andrew Cuomo touted the legislative session with a 7-minute YouTube video released this afternoon.

He runs through the litany of measures and laws passed and the general sense, reflected in polls and state officials’ mutual rhetoric that the state is on the right track.

“Not since Tom Dewey was governor and Jackie Robinson was a Brookyln Dodger was the middle-class tax rate this low,” Cuomo says.
