However they are starting to get old and stale. Quite frankly, anybody can post a YouTube video claiming great things. There is no question that Andrew Cuomo has been effective. But watching self promotional videos and only hearing interviews granted to Fred Dicker and David Paterson is silly. Until the Governor does a real and frank interview it is hard to take him seriously when he talks about his record. I also wonder when the first real comprehensive news story of Andrew Cuomo will emerge.  If his strategy of not talking to the media continues he may consider cutting his communication staff to just two people and save the taxpayers' money. He could have one person to film YouTube videos and set up the Paterson/Dicker interviews and the other person could spend all day killing news stories.
