SCOTUSblog’s Singh Explains Affordable Care Act Ruling
The Supreme Court ruling that the individual mandate portion of President Obama’s 2010 health care law is constitutional, allowing the entire law to stand. It was a five-four decision, with Chief Judge John Roberts siding with the four more liberal judges. SCOTUSblog editor Tejinder Signh explains.
