Brodsky Previews Financial Summit for Cities
The mayors of several upstate cities will gather in Syracuse on Tuesday to discuss the growing financial problems in their cities. Also in attendence will be former Assemblyman Richard Brodsky, who has been working with officials in Yonkers on their budget issues. He explains why so many cities are running out of money.
