Communities in Crisis: Let NY Work Discussion
Last fall, the Let NY Work coalition formed to push for mandate relief after the passage of the property tax cap. Among they changes they’d like to see would be to give more control to municipalities and school district when they negotiate with the unions. Peter Baynes of the New York Conference of Mayors and Bob Reidy of the NYS Council of School Superintendents explain.
