Communities in Crisis: Mayor Miner Explains Syracuse Situation
Cities and counties all over New York are struggling to balance their budgets as costs riser faster than revenues. Syracuse Mayor Stephanie Miner say the problems that are popping up now are the result of long-standing policies. And she believes the state and local communities need to work together now to turn things around.
