Jeezus. Soon he'll flop down on the floor and throw a complete hissy fit...like a two year old. Holko is the new Jason McGuire (or Carl Paladino). He's irrelevant...but refuses to accept it. Here's a news flash for you, Holko: nobody gives a sh*t if you sue. You'll lose. You aren't going to get to hydrofrack in Livingston County, either. That isn't even on the radar. YOU aren't even on the radar of the powers that be. So sit down and STFU. Or jump off a bridge. Or leave NYS. Take your pick. The battle over hydrofracking in NYS is taking place on level way above the head of some dufus like Holko. Andy gets to choose between (1) protecting the health and well-being of 20 million New Yorkers and (2) fattening the wallets of the BIG energy companies...along with a few dumbass New Yorkers who can't see the forest for the trees. Choose wisely, Andy.  If you screw up, your bad decision will be a millstone around your neck as you try to become president. You can bet on it.
