Records from the state Comptroller’s Office show three Cuomo administration staffers — including spokesman Josh Vlasto — received raises in the last six months.

The raises all fall within the Cuomo-mandated 10 percent ceiling on salary increases and are the result of expanded responsibilities that came with promotions.

Vlasto, the deputy communications director who has assumed a larger role within the administration as well as an expanded portfolio, received a pay bump from $120,000 to $131,974 — a 9 percent increase.

Sara Agars, who took on a supervisory role in the executive chamber’s steno pool, received an increase from her $28,432 salary to $31,275.

And the salary of Nancy Nemeth, who also was given a promotion within the governor’s appointments office, grew from $75,000 to $82,500.

Not included in the payroll for now is Brian Conybeare, the former News 12 anchorman who is taking a job as special advisor for the Tappan Zee Bridge project.

When Gov. Andrew Cuomo took office, he cut his own $179,000 pay by 5 percent, which is given back at tax time. His top aides also received a 5 percent pay cut at the time, which spurred Comptroller Tom DiNapoli and Attorney General Eric Schneiderman to do the same.

There are roughly 120 people who work within the executive chamber and most have not received pay increases in the last year.
