Assem. Kolb on Thruway Tolls and Being Open for Business
Assembly Minority Leader Brian Kolb has been very outspoken about his objection to the Thruway Authority’s plan to increase tolls for commercial vehicles. The plan has been met with criticism from several other lawmakers, and by members of the public at hearings on the issues. Kolb explains why he’s upset with the entire process, and a decision he believes is bad for businesses in New York.
