Astorino on Tappan Zee Vote
The Tappan Zee Bridge replacement project cleared another hurdle today, when the Metropolitan Transportation Council voted in favor of the project. That means New York can apply for federal funding. Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino discusses why he and other county executives who had concerns about the bridge earlier this summer say now is the time to move forward.
