Doheny Displays Geographic Prowess
I don’t know what this has to do with his ability to serve in Congress, but at least we know this: Matt Doheny has an awfully good memory and knowledge of the district he’s seeking to represent.
The campaign of the Republican businessman, who is challenging Democratic Rep. Bill Owens in NY-21 this fall, released a web video of the candidate meeting a challenge put to him by his staff to name all 193 cities and towns located in the newly drawn North Country district.
At the end of the video, which is five minutes and 11 seconds long, Doheny seems quite pleased with himself and assures viewers that he can not only name every single community in the district, but has visited every single one.
