Former Chief Judge Kaye on Court of Appeals Opening
Governor Cuomo will soon have the opportunity to pick a new judge to serve on the Court of Appeals, New York’s highest court. Former New York State Chief Judge Judith Kaye is leading the search for possible candidates. The committee did end up pushing back the deadline for people to apply. But Kaye says she is confident there will be a strong field to pick from.
