Allison Lee Hinchey, the wife of retiring Rep. Maurice Hinchey and a prominent Albany lobbyist, was sentenced to 60 days in jail today after her DWI arrest earlier this year.

YNN’s Lori Chung, who is on the scene, says Lee Hinchey must surrender to Albany County Jail at 5 p.m. today to serve her two-month sentence.

She also must pay a $500 fine and make restitution to the owner of a car damaged prior to her arrest.

Her license is revoked and she must install an ignition interlock device on her car.

Lee Hinchey said prior to sentencing that she regrets her actions.
