This year, one of the closest state senate races might be in Monroe County, where Senator Jim Alesi’s decision not to run has created an open seat. Now, Republican Assemblyman Sean Hanna and Monroe County Legislator Ted O’Brien, a Democrat, are going head to head for the job. O’Brien discusses his strategy.
