Former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani has been a rockstar at the last 2 GOP conventions, delivering the keynote address in 2008 in Minneapolis, and hosting the 2004 convention in New York City. This year, it is a more low-key role for America’s mayor. He discussed that with Liz.
