Election season means campaign signs, bumper stickers and posters are everywhere. After all the votes are counted, most will end up in the trash. But some will become collectors items. And this weekend, collectors from all over the country are showing off their best pieces in Albany. Albany City Court Judge Tom Keefe explains why it’s such a popular hobby.
