NRCC Unleashes Trio Of Ads
The NRCC this morning debuted a new round of TV ads targeting three Democratic candidates in competitive New York congressional races.
The targets: Sean Patrick Maloney (running against Rep. Nan Hayworth in NY-18), Julian Schreibman (running against Rep. Chris Gibson in NY-19) and Dan Maffei (in a re-match against Rep. Ann Marie Buerkle in NY-24).
The ads appear below.
Maffei (hits him for voting “yes” on the stimulus and on raising the debt ceiling while he was in office):
Maloney (hits him for his support of the Affordable Care Act, which the ad claims will hurt small businesses and cost jobs):
Schreibman (a half positive, half negative spot that supports Gibson and accuses Schreibman of being bad for business and the economy in part due to his support of the “failed” stimulus plan).
