Questions for the Skidmore Wed. Senate debate

Gillibrand and Long will debate at Skidmore College this Weds.
It is the only debate the two will engage in during this campaign.
I have no idea what the format will be, except that NY1 and our Liz Benjamin and YNN are the moderaters.

It is one hour, not especially long for the importance of this race and the Senate national rumble.
Like everyone, I have questions for the two participants;
To both: do you favor eliminating the Senate filibuster, or changing the 60 votes needed to close a filibuster?
To Long: You favor repealing Obamacare. Why?

And how do you propose to deal with the 40-50 million
that are projected to remain without insurance in 2014,
if Obamacare is repealed?
To Gillibrand: If the next POTUS were
to move to a pre-emptive attack on Iran, would you favor a clear
Congressional declaration of war before that takes place?
This declaration would include a good, healthy debate before attacking Iran.
To
Long: If Mitt wins, and goes to Congress with a 20% across the board
income tax cut, what deductions, loopholds would you favor eliminating
or reducing in order to make this 20% cut revenue neutral?
To both: Social Security is not a contributor to the national deficit or debt. It is a trust fund program.
Do either of you favor total, or partial, privatization of SS?
How would you tweak SS to make it totally solvent for the next 75 years?
To
both: Medicare is a single-payer system. Do either of you favor
voucherizing Medicare, giving future beneficiaries the option of taking a
voucher and shopping the private insurance market?
To both: Do
either of you favor a block grant change in Medicaid, with the feds.
giving the states a fixed block grant amount for the programs.
Do
either of you favor the current Medicaid program, which has a built-in
incentive for states to spend more because it would generate more
funding from the feds.?
To both:
Next year is the 50th anniversary of the murder of JFK.
A recent poll had 7% of the adults polled believing that Oswald was the sole shooter, the “lone nut”.
Are either of you in that 7%?
If not, would you favor having the FBI,CIA and all other relevant agencies release all the files on the JFK murder?
This last question is a ringer, to be sure; but then I’m obsessed with the JFK murder conspiracy.
