The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is out this morning with the latest iteration of Republican Rep. X voted for Paul Ryan’s budget proposal.

Today’s target: central New York Republican freshman Ann Marie Buerkle.

The ad says Buerkle backed the plan that “ends the Medicare guarantee” and that the plan put forward by Ryan, the vice presidential candidate, has been endorsed by Mitt Romney. Not technically true, considering that Romney has said he’s running on his own plan, which is pretty light on specifics.

The D-Trip ad is very similar to spots that have hit Rep. Chris Gibson and other Republicans running in closely contested races.

Here is the script:

Is Ann Marie Buerkle standing with you?

The budget Ann Marie Buerkle voted for would end the Medicare guarantee

But it also increases taxes on middle class families by fourteen hundred dollars.

All so millionaires can get a two hundred sixty five thousand dollar tax cut.

It’s Paul Ryan’s plan. Mitt Romney endorsed it. And Ann Marie Buerkle voted for it.

So who is Ann Marie Buerkle standing with?

Not the taxpayers.
