Of course it is. Him being "governor" in the first place is about "him" - his ego, his belief that he knows best, the need hard-wired into his being by his equally controlling father that he needs to be in the spotlight, needs to tell others what to do, needs to bully others into doing what he wants, when he wants, the way he wants. Its all about "him." To say otherwise is simply foolish. His appearances are appropriate given the situation, but it’s just stupid to say “its not about him.” Of course it is.
