Walker To Headline NY Republican Fundraiser
The New York Republican Party will host a fundraiser on Nov. 1 with Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker the headliner guest at an event with tickets going as high as $2,500 for a photo op.
The fundraiser will be held at the restaurant 21 in New York City.
Walker, famous for overhauling public-employee unions ability to collectively bargain, is a villain to labor and those on the political left, but emerged as a hero to conservatives across the country.
Also attending the event: David Koch, one of the wealthy industrialist Koch brothers who is a benefactor of Walker and other libertarian-conservative causes.
It would be pretty surprising if there isn’t some sort of demonstration from labor groups at this event.
