Unshackle Upstate’s Sampson on Toll Hike Proposal
The Thruway Authority is scheduled to meet on Tuesday after cancelling Friday’s meeting just hours before it was supposed to start. The big question ahead of the meeting is whether the authority will move forward with a proposed 45 percent toll increase for trucks. Brian Sampson of Unshackle Upstate shares his concerns.
