Cuomo 2014 Raises $4M, Has $22.4M
From the Department of Good Timing, Gov. Andrew Cuomo released his top line campaign finance figures the same afternoon his expansive gun control package cleared its final hurdle in the state Assembly.
Cuomo has raised more than $4 million over the last reporting period, bringing his total cash-on-hand to $22.4 million.
Cuomo last reported $19.3 million in the bank.
His campaign reported spending $893,915.
Cuomo, who doesn’t face re-election until 2014, has pledged to enact broad new campaign finance reform laws, including the public financing of campaigns and stronger disclosure rules that target independent expenditure groups.
