Where are the engineers? Where are the people who are used to tackling complex problems with creative and elegant solutions? First it was "high capacity" magazines. Then it was 10-round magazines. Now it's 7-rounds... and they've made nary a dent in violent crime. You're running out of bullets, Cuomo. I think it was Einstein who said that the definition of "Insanity" is repeatedly doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Seriously? How is a bayonet going to make us safer?
