From The Department Of Odd Timing
Reviewing Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s third State of the State address in our video archive, we couldn’t help but notice this very oddly timed gulp of water that coincided with an illustrated graphic from the slideshow presentation showing water levels rising in lower Manhattan.
