NRDC’s Sinding and Actor Mark Ruffalo on Fracking and Public Opinion
Next Monday, the legislature will hold a budget hearing on environmental conservation. Right now, there is nothing related to hydraulic fracturing in the state budget because the DEC’s review is still ongoing. But fracking opponents are still watching every development closely- and going all out to win over public opinion. That includes a new TV add asking if gas is more important than water. Kate Sinding of the Natural Resources Defense Council and actor turned activist Mark Ruffalo discuss the latest.
