Rep. Gibson on Fiscal Cliff and Sandy Aid Fights
The House did manage to pass legislation to keep the country from going over the fiscal cliff- at least for now. But they are still divided on how much aid to give to New York and New Jersey for Sandy relief efforts. Congressman Chris Gibson explains the latest developments, and why he is still optimistic.
